One of the most important aspects of surviving a catastrophic event is being able to communicate with the outside world. As a NOAH community member you will be able to "dial in" broadcasts, and communicate to the outside world on your NOAH certified ham radio. Our team is currently working with local and national radio stations who are "hardening" their stations so that they can broadcast from a bunker.
